Ice cream maker
These appliances consist of two main elements: a special bowl and a lid with a small integrated mixer. The bowl has a special construction, with double walls between which there is a thick layer of material that stores the cold (usually water with antifreeze). Cool this bowl in the freezer for at least 8-24 hours before use. Pour the ice cream mixture into the cooled bowl and secure the lid with the mixer and mixing paddles. The ice cream will be ready in 20-60 minutes.
